5.2. Topantivirus reserves the right to immediately terminate your affiliate account if we suspect any violation of this policy or if we believe that your promotional activities may harm our brand reputation.
Topantivirus reserves the right to amend this Affiliate Program Policy at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and it is your responsibility to review and comply with the updated policy.
As an affiliate partner, you may gain access to confidential information about Topantivirus. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and not disclose it to any third party without our prior written consent.
This Affiliate Program Policy, along with your affiliate agreement, constitutes the entire understanding between you and Topantivirus regarding the affiliate partnership. No modification or amendment of this policy will be effective unless it is in writing and signed by both parties.
